The SlenderLine motorized screens of the new generation impress viewers with their homogeneous and brilliant image reproduction. The newly developed fabric of the SlenderLine projection screen is now also suitable for resolutions beyond 4K thanks to its finer surface structure. The gain factor of 1.2 is ideal for all applications, reflecting incident light more strongly without creating a hotspot in the middle of the image. Screens with a gain factor of 1.5 and higher exhibit this phenomenon. Alphavision SlendeLine motorized screens are available in widths ranging from 160cm to 400cm and in formats of 16:9, 4:3, and 1:1.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
PROJECTION SCREEN: The SlenderLine projection screen has a projection surface that is made up of three layers with a fabric core that weighs 520 grams per square meter. The weighting rod ensures a perfectly flat screen surface. The back is black-coated and opaque, preventing any extraneous light from interfering with the projection image. The black masking enhances contrast and makes it easier to align the image on the projection surface.
GAIN FACTOR: The gain factor is a value that characterizes the reflection behavior of a projection screen. SlenderLine series screens with a gain factor of 1.2 reflect light evenly in all directions, avoiding the common issue of hotspot formation.However, screens with a gain factor of 1.5 or higher may create a bright area in the center of the image due to the reflection of the projector lamp, and also have a reduced viewing angle.
USING: The screen is operated either using the wall control box or the remote control included in the scope of delivery. The remote control has all the functions required to fully retract or extend the screen or to stop it at any desired position. The desired end position of the screen can be set permanently using the corresponding adjustment screw. This eliminates the need to search for the correct position of the screen fabric.
MOUNTING: The SlenderLine projection screen can be installed elegantly, simply, and unobtrusively due to its square housing.Unlike many other manufacturers who use only 2 hooks to mount the screen to the ceiling, the SlenderLine screen is securely attached to the ceiling or wall using 4 screws. This direct mounting method ensures torsional rigidity and prevents the housing from swinging.
